About the Collection

In the era of big data, the integration of cancer genomics with advanced computational methods has enabled major progress in cancer research and clinical care. The combination of cancer genomics data with clinical outcomes enables researchers and clinicians to identify complex disease patterns, improving both diagnostic accuracy and treatment selection. Modern analytical approaches, ranging from traditional methods to artificial intelligence (AI), are enhancing our understanding of complex molecular information and accelerating its translation to clinical practice.

In this special Collection, we aim to collect original research, methods, and review articles that highlight modern approaches in cancer genomics, focusing on the following key areas:

  • Cancer genomics and precision medicine
  • Computational and statistical methods in oncology
  • Data analysis and visualization methods
  • Emerging technologies and platforms
  • Translational cancer research
