Clinical Proteomics is calling for submissions to our Collection on High Resolution Spatial Proteomics at Single-Cell Levels. This Collection aims to explore the cutting-edge advancements in high resolution spatial proteomics, focusing on single-cell analysis.

About the Collection

This Collection aims to explore the cutting-edge advancements in high resolution spatial proteomics, focusing on single-cell analysis. The Collection will cover innovative methodologies, technological breakthroughs, and applications that enable the precise mapping of protein distributions within individual cells.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Development and optimization of high-resolution imaging techniques for proteomics.
• Single-cell proteomics technologies and their integration with spatial data.
• Computational tools and algorithms for analyzing spatial proteomics data.
• Applications of spatial proteomics in understanding cellular heterogeneity and tissue architecture.
• Case studies demonstrating the impact of spatial proteomics on biomedical research and clinical diagnostics.

We invite contributions of original research articles, reviews, perspectives and protocols. By bringing together leading researchers and practitioners in the field, this Collection aims to highlight the transformative potential of spatial proteomics in advancing our understanding of cellular functions and disease mechanisms at an unprecedented resolution.
